I am having trouble signing into my account. What should I do?
- Confirm you are using Microsoft Edge or the Chrome browser.
- Clear your cache.
- Ensure you are signing in on government equipment with your PIV card.
- If you are still unable to sign in, either through Entra or Login.gov, please Submit a Help Desk ticket and select "Account Issue" from the USA Learning Issue dropdown.
My account isn't found. Who should I contact?
If your account is not found, please reach out to your Program Office for support.
Tips for Access Success
- Ensure the USA Learning website is not blocked by your agency's firewall or content rules.
- Multi-factor authentication rules for both Entra Connect and Login.gov are enforced by individual agency and login.gov account specific setup.
- Entra Connect should be the primary method for account access.
- In limited circumstances where login.gov is needed, the preferred email address for USA Learning must match your government email address that was used to create your USA Learning account.
