Setting up a Help Desk Account
If this ticket is the first ticket that you have submitted to Help Desk, you will receive an email prompting you to verify your account.
*** Important! If you are reporting a login issue, this email is not regarding your login issue; it is allowing you to set up a Help Desk account.
When you follow the link and confirm your Help Desk account, you will receive the following confirmation:
Once you set up your Help Desk account, you will not yet have logged into the USAL system successfully. Instead, a Help Desk representative will contact you to assist you with your login issue.
